Biography

Andrew Goldstein is a multi-platinum producer, songwriter, and artist based in Los Angeles whose work has shaped some of the biggest records in modern pop and alternative music. His chart-defining credits include BLINK-182’s “ONE MORE TIME,” which held #1 at Alternative Radio for a record-setting 20 weeks, blackbear’s 4x-platinum global hit “Hot Girl Bummer” (peaking at #2 at Top 40 radio and surpassing 1 billion streams), and Maroon 5’s “Beautiful Mistakes” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.

Goldstein first entered the music industry in 2006 as the lead vocalist and guitarist of The Friday Night Boys. After touring internationally and releasing a Billboard-charting album through Fueled by Ramen Records, he turned his attention toward writing and producing, quickly placing himself at the center of both pop and alternative music.

His creative partnership with blackbear runs especially deep. Beyond “Hot Girl Bummer,” the two co-wrote and produced the full-length album “everything means nothing” alongside Lauv, Trevor Daniel, and Marshmello. But Goldstein’s work extends well beyond any single collaboration, with recent and ongoing projects spanning Tate McRae, Kane Brown, John Legend, Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, MGK, Travis Barker, Ashnikko, LANY, Renée Rapp, 5 Seconds of Summer, Good Charlotte, ILLENIUM, Addison Rae, LØLØ, Perrie Edwards, and Alexander Stewart.
